SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  • Channel 9 is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities & only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order & payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. 
  • Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer mentioned during the order placement. In case of non-availability of customers, the courier company or the postal authorities have the right to return the goods back to Channel 9 or their respective warehouse & the order will be placed on hold, until further communication & clarification.
  • Cash on Delivery option is not available
  • Channel 9 is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
  • In the case of goods received with damaged packaging, immediately call us on 9900114444 OR MAIL US ON INFO@CHANNEL9MOBILES.COM with a few images, for further assistance.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
  • Estimated time of delivery 3-7 days from the date of technically and commercially clear order and acceptance.
  • Dispatch of goods will be through reputed couriers. Most of the items are shipped within 24-48 working hours after the payment is cleared. Delivery of goods will be made only on weekdays and working days. No delivery during weekends, holidays, after office hours & Govt holidays & Bundh.
  • Channel 9 has the right to cancel an order under any circumstance without prior intimation, accordingly, the refunds will be structured with clear communications.
  • Shipping information will be provided on request only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in case of return or refund.
